If you have borrowed equipment through TechLoan and either need a damaged device replaced or need a non-damaged device swapped for another device please fill out the form below.
Please be aware that, even though you will be able to schedule a pick-up time to switch equipment, the desired technology may not be available. A TechLoan team member will reach out to you if your desired device is currently unavailable. We also reserve the right to assess fines for severely damaged devices per the TechLoan Equipment Agreement Form. A replacement device for a damaged item is not guaranteed.
