McCormick Library Study Room Calendar
General Information
- 6 group study rooms are available on McCormick's 2nd floor.
- Rooms 1, 2, 3, and 6.have a computer and whiteboard. Rooms 4 and 5 have a USB or Bluetooth multimedia station but no in-room computer. Laptops are available for checkout for students without access to their own equipment.
- Rooms 1, 2, and 3 are located next to the quiet study area, and none of the rooms are soundproofed. Please keep conversation volume to a reasonable level.
- Reservations have priority over free use; students have priority over community users; and groups have priority over individuals.
To Reserve
- Go here to make a reservation, and click on an open space of time.
- Fill out the popup form with the following information:
- Full first and last name of person making the request
- Hawkmail address and phone number
- Hawkmail prefix or H number
- First names of all group members
- Click the Create Reservation button.
- Your reservation will appear in a transparent box. Once approved by staff, the box will become solid.
- If not approved, you will be notified via Hawkmail.
Please Note
- Each group may make 1 reservation per day, for up to 3 hours.
- Groups = 2 or more people.
- Rooms can be reserved up to 5 days in advance.
- You may continue to use the room if there is no reservation after yours.
