Chat hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. 

User Support Techs are available on campus in the following locations:

  • Gettysburg: Room 133
  • Harrisburg: McCormick Library, 1st Floor 107A
  • Lancaster: Library, Room 226
  • Lebanon: Learning Commons, 3rd Floor 301  Campus currently closed. Remote services recommended. 
  • York: Leader, Room 105
