Google Drive

Google Drive contains productivity apps like Docs and Sheets, but it also provides a great way to store files! Files can be shared by sending a link or inviting individuals by email address.

You can control who can see, comment on, or edit your documents.

Since it is in the cloud, Google Drive brings your files wherever you log in on a device with internet access - no more flash drives required! Also, as of Spring 2016 you can submit documents from Google Drive in Brightspace assignment dropboxes.

You can also get mobile apps to access Google Drive on your smartphone or tablet, and you can download a desktop application that will “sync” your Google Drive to a folder on your computer.

Google Drive offers FREE UNLIMITED storage for HACC Students under Google Apps for Education.
