Technology & Internet Access Loan

Providing our students with technology and reliable internet access to support their virtual and remote instruction is our priority. To support and sustain our mission, we continue to provide computers, calculators, internet access hotspots and other equipment available at no cost to students to help them achieve their educational goals.

To qualify for the Technology and Internet Access Loan Program, HACC students must be:

  • Enrolled in at least one credit during the current semester.
  • Declared in a credit program resulting in a diploma or associate degree.
  • Able to travel to a HACC campus to pick up and return loaned technology and accept the required Electronic Equipment Agreement Form.

  • Check your HAWKMail Account for a notification of your application status. 

Due to the limited number of devices, we cannot guarantee students will receive their requested technology. Thank you for your patience and flexibility during this time. We currently do not have any Apple equipment available for the Tech Loan Program.

Already have a loan?

New Policy: All students with loaned devices must return the equipment they were assigned at the end of each semester for updates and inventory purposes. 

Please note that you do NOT need to fill out a new Tech Loan Application form if you already did it for the current semester. If you would like to extend your equipment loan, please contact saying you would like to extend your Tech Loan equipment and a technician will reach out to you with the next steps.

We cannot guarantee students will be reissued the same laptop or desktop they were issued previously. Students are encouraged to save important files to an external memory device (USB stick) or upload to their Google drive.
