SCI 100- Science: First Year Seminar- Davis: Home

Micro: SARS-COV-2

At the completion of the research module, students will be able to locate reliable and appropriate sources of information on a scientific topic related to their future careers and cite the sources properly in APA style.

Welcome to the custom collection of resources compiled to help you complete the research component of Science 100.

In addition to databases and websites, you have another important resource: a class librarian, Celia Fox.

First tip: Use the tabs across the top to navigate through the steps of this content.

The best way to contact me is through email. I will answer your questions about research, suggest the best places to look for the information you need and help you evaluate what you find to ensure that your sources meet the requirements of the assignments. We can converse via email or use it to set up a Zoom consultation to speak about your research in real time. I will be checking my email Monday through Friday (except for Christmas Day and New Years Day) during Winter term.

I look forward to working with you on your research this term.
