Applications for the Spring 2025 Technology Loan (Tech Loan) Program will only be processed starting the week of January 6, 2025. To ensure your application is processed for the correct semester, please do not submit an application until that date. Applications submitted before January 6 will be automatically cancelled and will not be processed. If this happens, you will need to resubmit after the stated date.
Providing our students with technology and reliable internet access to support their virtual and remote instruction is our priority. To support and sustain our mission, we continue to provide computers, calculators, internet access hotspots and other equipment available at no cost to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
To qualify for the Technology and Internet Access Loan Program, HACC students must be:
New Policy: All students with loaned devices must return the equipment they were assigned at the end of each semester for updates and inventory purposes.
Please note that you do NOT need to fill out a new Tech Loan Application form if you already did it for the current semester. If you would like to extend your equipment loan, please contact suppport@hacc.edu saying you would like to extend your Tech Loan equipment and a technician will reach out to you with the next steps.
We cannot guarantee students will be reissued the same laptop or desktop they were issued previously. Students are encouraged to save important files to an external memory device (USB stick) or upload to their Google drive.
