Truth can be defined as "A statement proven to be or accepted as true", In order to determine if something is true you need to question whether or not the information was discovered using accepted methods of validity, is being accurately represented, and is correct in what it states. In order to do this you need to validate the information by finding the original source and/or finding the same information from another source.

In 2015, The Washington Post reported that the Innovation Center of U.S. Dairy did a "nationally representative online survey" and found that 7% of Americans believe chocolate milk comes from brown cows.
