Faculty Instructions for Academic & Make-up Testing

Towards the ease of use for faculty and students, Learning Commons Testing and Student Access Services have created a universal testing proctor request form and process.

Faculty Request for a Live Proctor Form

(Must be logged into myHACC to access this Google form)

Testing Process for Faculty

  1. 5 Days notice is needed to make proctoring arrangements.
  2. Faculty will receive a confirmation email

Available Appointment Times

Students must self-schedule by going to www2.registerblast.com/hacc.

Remote Appointment start times:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. 
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 11 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday 9 a.m., 11 a.m., & 1:00 p.m.

On-campus Appointment start times (varies by campus): 

  • Gettysburg 
    • Tuesday, 10:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m, every 30 minutes
    • Wednesday, 10:30 p.m.-2:00 p.m., every 30 minutes
  • Harrisburg
    • Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., every 30 minutes. 
    • Friday, 8:30 a.m-1:00 p.m., every 30 minutes
  • Lancaster
    • Monday & Thursday, 8:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m., every 30 minutes
    • Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., every 30 minutes
    • Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m., every 30 minutes
  • Lebanon 
  • York 
    • Monday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. AND 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m., every 30 minutes
    • Friday 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., every 30 minutes

Prepare Your Students

For On-Campus Testing

  • Students must present a photo ID, such as a driver’s license or school or work ID, or passport (a physical document, not a photograph of the ID). 
  • Inform them of testing guidelines, such as time allowed, notes, calculator, etc.

For Remote Testing

  • Same requirements as above.
  • Please make sure your students are aware of the technical requirements needed to take the exam.
